I think you're looking for the thread down the hall. It's called Comic Strips.

Yeah, AoS really can't go anywhere with the LMD stuff and it seems like they're kind of stuck right now. The last episode had so little happen and that's not good at all for a spy show, that stuff with the Patriot was kind of cool but that really that could've been a side story. It seems like they didn't have the full cast or much of a budget available...

Right. It's like when the quin jet was crashing and they cut to commercial...then when they're back from commercial, they're all on the ground...WTF? You can't show the crash? Oh right, $$$.

The episode totally felt like an exhale all around. Even the fights, there would a little bit of action and then run around.
Marvel TV is cheeeeeaaappppp.

Yeah, I really haven't been keeping up with what's been going on in modern comics. Marvel seems like its really business first with all of their petty Fantastic Four and X-Men shit that's been going on for that last few years. I know they've very recently reversed the ship with the X-Men but it's just too weird. Plus they've been rebooting the shit out of everything so I have no clue where to start for a majority of it.
A lot easier to pick up collections.

In comics I follow writer / illustrators I like. Marvel occasionally hires them.
But creative freedom ur not gonna find at Marvel generally unless they bring in a heavyweight to work on a failing/less popular character etc

Exactly. I'm a pretty casual comic book reader now, I really liked the Vision last year and I'll probably keep up with that.
The big stuff is just all sorts of fucked. All of the continuity is weird...

The Flintstones is supposed to be a great comic and the Jetsons seems super interesting.

Invincible does sound good.
Two decent ones I'm on is Ether by Matt Kindt. And Archangel by William Gibson

They did really well adapting Preacher. If they stick in that field, they should be good. I hope the studio doesn't meddle too much but my guess is that Rogen/Goldberg pitched it as a Deadpool-esque R rated flick.
