There is an ancient text that describes events over a long period of time. Something about God's only son, crucifixion, raised from the dead. Maybe those folks were describing something like that? I don't know?

so these same sophisticated ancient civs are lying about contact. hmmm The Aztecs thought Cortés was a return of the god Quetzalcoatl, when in reality he was a Spanish conquistador. What the Aztecs noted as being two-headed, six-legged beasts were in reality just Cortés' men on horseback. Were the Aztecs lying or were they just wrong/had a different interpretation of what they saw? I'd say the latter. Just because someone is wrong about something doesn't mean they are lying. Lying implies intentions to willingly deceive. Being wrong doesn't.

and this is why you find alien visitation not likely?.
why wont you step up and state why you think alien visitation is unlikely?
clearly its not because you have no first hand contact as then that meme is all about you. that would be hilarious.
so why?

oh and the bible doesnt have modern day whistle blowers, astronauts who have been in space who are believers or mathematics probabilities supporting Christs existence in addition to thousands of sightings thru out time where ALL of them have to be false positives.
and your case? so far nothing

Paul Heller-- former Canadian Defense Minister
A former Canadian defense minister said aliens have visited earth and have technology that would solve climate change, but won't share it with humans because we are too destructive.
Clearly he must be lying as well as the all other whistle blowers.
the real conspiracy is to make us believe Visitation has occurred when it hasnt. can I get an AMEN!!!!!
clearly visitation has not occurred,
all the data points of sightings, whistle blowers, Astronauts, ancient texts are all lies and untruths all geared to make us believe in a false event. All lies I tell you
and of course so what if the math says Aliens most likely exist and the Earth is a young planet in a younger solar system in a younger galaxy

Why the continuing use of straw man arguments and focus on inferring that anyone who questions the validity of people making their claims are liars? I don't understand how questioning someone or being cynical equates to the cynic calling anyone a liar. Liars intentionally deceive. Skeptics suggest people may be wrong without having any bad intentions to willingly deceive anyone.
Far more likely is what I referred to before, and which you haven't at all addressed - like with the Aztecs who mistakenly thought Cortés was a return of the god Quetzalcoatl, it's entirely possible, and even likely, that others too have misinterpreted what they saw. Occam's Razor says "the simplest explanation is most likely the right one." Mistaken identity is far more likely, and infinitly more simple, than an explanation based on a theory that up until this moment has yet to be proven. With all those data points you keep referencing and falsely inferring that skeptics consider to be lies, you frequently point out that at least one must be true, but never consider the alternative to that argument - that with all those data points why is that not a single one has actually been proven beyond any dout to actually be true?
Mistaken identity and misinterpretation makes sense, considering that even now what we're talking about are UNIDENTIFIED flying objects. Some people, when presented with something unidentifiable or otherwise unknown, like to speculate, fill in the blanks of missing information, but then run with that and create straw man arguments they can argue against that paints anyone skeptical or desiring provable evidence of considering people to be liars. Skeptics who realize that everything people see/hear are sensory perceptions that take place in the brain and that people often see/hear things that don't exist. That realize that it's perfectly plausible to think that people aren't lying, but describing things as best they can, using language that is familiar to them, based on what they know at the time, and perhaps based on already existing cultural myths.
No one is calling the ancient Egyptians liars. I'm just pointing out that it's highly likely they made the same mistake that the Aztecs later made re: Cortés. Occam's Razor.
I bet it's the same with the former Canadian Defense Minister. Like the Aztecs, it's likely he interpretted what he saw the best he could, and it's 100% that what he saw is something that his brain constructed - like anything else we see. That's how the perception of sight works, as any high school biology student can tell you.
So no one is calling the former CDM a liar, but I bet a lot of people who don't automatically believe something because it's something they want to believe is true would like for the former CDR to present provable evidence of what he's claiming. The proof he has that aliens visited Earth. His proof that aliens have technology that would solve climate change. And his proof that these aliens won't share it with us because we are too destructive. I'd like to think that when he was in the position he didn't rush to war or take any military actions based on claims that lack any verifiable proof.
Try defending your position without having to make false, straw man arguments to argue against, and inferring that any one who questions or is skeptical that they are accusing people of lying. Try sticking to provable facts. Also, try avoding the false, straw man argument that skeptics are trying to prove aliens don't exist. We're just saying without proof no one knows for sure, and that it's completley pointless and literally impossible to prove that life doesn't exist elsewhere. Stop confusing issues either intentionally or unintentionally.

the main evidence against visitation seems to be, well no concrete physical evidence which is rational but you have www.politico.com/news/2020/06/23/senators-ufo-government-reports-336021Senators want the public to see the government's UFO reports and from this you can infer that the Military has info they have not released. so the claim of no evidence can only go as far as no evidence released and there may be no physical evidence but if its not really game changing data, then why not release it. It clearly must be all part of the conspiracy to convince us of a visitation event that never happened. so diabolical!!!!!!!!! this conspiracy seems to go back thousands of years. crazy!!!
