i for one can see the appeal in traveling to some backwater planet, manipulating the genes like we breed cows or strains of pot, and becoming a God King.. why haul all your resources here when you can just have the lower life forms harvest it and work it into statues of you ect or whatever else satisfy your wants. Maybe the aliens want humans to harvest the Earth's natural resources for humanities purposes 'cause there's no shortage of mining efforts which send the extracted resources off to factories/industry so that mankind can manufacture all sorts of stuff for their own use. Maybe the aliens are shaped like little cannabis leafs and they want our complete devotion by having humans wear these little statues around their necks. Makes sense advanced beings would travel all the way here to have us mine gold so we could wear it and use it for dentistry instead of keep it all for themselves.

True story. My grandfather was bred in a petri dish by aliens and genetically enhanced so as to build these for humans to shit in (aliens don't poop). My grandmother was enslaved by aliens and forced to produce this for humans to wipe their asses with, because again, aliens don't poop: It may not make any sense, but you can't say the aliens don't have a sense of humor.

i was just looking around at the case of non visitation skeptoid.com/blog/2013/04/16/imo-ufos-and-alien-visitation/ I am bothered by a question that troubled many others, most smarter than I am, where are they? Where is the life? Why haven’t we seen or heard them yet? This is known as Fermi’s paradox, which is a complement to the Drake equation. There are a number of hypotheses put forth as possible explanations to the Fermi paradox. Perhaps we are one of the early races in our part of the galaxy, the others haven’t been around long enough for their radio emissions to reach us yet. Perhaps we are really young and all of the nearby civilizations have quit using communication technology we can detect (radio, etc). Perhaps every civilization destroys itself after it reaches a certain level of technology (not a happy thought). Maybe they are just really far away and not enough time has passed for their signals to reach us. I don’t know. For all I know, we’re in a region of protected space, intentionally isolated from the rest of the galaxy until we venture to the stars on our own.
seems the biggest issue is why no evidence. seems rational.. although we cant assume the Aliens would leave a trail of debris behind if you can fold space, or whatever to get here then most likely you would not have all that many crashes. of course their may be evidence that is being covered up.. its easy to understand why.. so all we have i no apparent evidence. of course all kinds of military and others say we have evidence so either we do or various military from all over just decided to lie about the same thing or their is a conspiracy to cover it up leads to the question would alien life respect the wishes of leadership regarding disclosure... i of course have no idea... i dont have the ability to read aliens minds nor do i choose to pretend to know what an alien wants, its capabilities or end goal. seems far more likely that we have had visitation then not. hopefully one day one side or the other will have proof

and the gold thing is just his view and in now way eliminates other options.
if all you have is to make fun of that well then you have failed to present your case for non visitation and ive covered all the other options
if you are going to come to a planet, why not pillage it.. we sure would

No data? No Proof? Pishaw.
When it comes to aliens manipulating humans through breeding, implants, enslaving humans to mine and harvest natural resources, etc., etc., it's nothing new. The concept has even been used as the story for the award winning 'Battlefield Earth' which swept the Golden Raspberries the year of it's release.

Why would such an advanced race from a distant part of space use their advanced technology to travel all this way to breed humans to mine gold and yet allow the subjects of their breeding project to shape the commodity they've traveled great distances for to shape it into marijuana leaf pendants to wear as adornments if it was of such great value? Why is it possible, even easy, for the subjects of their breeding project to buy gold all over the world if we are supposed to be mining it for them? What is it about gold that makes such a journey and project worthwhile. If man were to ever have the technology necessary to travel such great spans of time/distance, would we undertake the journey to breed an insignificant life form to mine gold? Why? I'm guessing Drunvalo Melchizedek has no credible proof to support his claims that we were bred to mine gold or any of the rest of it, but it doesn't matter to those who find those claims sound interesting. I'm guessing these questions will go unanswered. Easier to ignore the obvious questions of logic of the skeptical than face them head on. Telling. Gold is an excellent conductor of electricity. Maybe at one time they needed a huge amount of it for a huge project. Then maybe they advanced beyond that and didn't need it anymore. Not that I necessarily buy into the whole gold-mining slaves theory, but it's as good a theory as any. I do tend to believe that aliens created us for whatever reason and that man's "gods" were actually aliens, though I of course have no proof.

Not that I necessarily buy into the whole gold-mining slaves theory, but it's as good a theory as any. I do tend to believe that aliens created us for whatever reason and that man's "gods" were actually aliens, though I of course have no proof. i just found it an interesting theory. and since its a theory there is no hard evidence otherwise it would not be a theory. he also says there was a revolt and hostility between alien races an aliens withdrew to the shadows and no longer played an cover role in human development... its interesting cause the Vedic in India mention aliens and wars and there is this veda.wikidot.com/ancient-city-found-in-india-irradiated-from-atomic-blast which is pretty interesting. the Vedics are full of references to aliens. www.trinfinity8.com/evidence-of-ancient-civilization-nuclear-wars/we really dont know how many races are out there and for how long.. consider the concept of the dyson sphere. how much material would it take to surround a star? couple planets? 100 planets? i find it easier to consider that ancient texts are based at least somewhat on truth then to assume anything that does not support non-visitation must be a lie and hoax. those tricky Indians. created fake news oh so long ago just to mess with us. shakes fist at sky!!!!! “There is abundant evidence that we are being contacted, that civilizations have been visiting us for a very long time, that their appearance is bizarre from any kind of traditional materialistic western point of view, that these visitors use the technologies of consciousness, they use toroids, they use co-rotating magnetic disks for their propulsion systems, that seems to be a common denominator of the UFO phenomenon.”
– Dr. Brian O’Leary, former NASA Astronaut and Princeton Physics Professor (source)“Yes there have been crashed craft, and bodies recovered. We are not alone in the universe, they have been coming here for a long time.”
– Apollo 14 Astronaut, Air Force Captain, and founder of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, Dr. Edgar Mitchelthis is also interesting consider for those not so jaded Part of the disks carry crews, others are under remote control. Their mission is peaceful, the visitors contemplate settling on this planet. These visitors are human-like but much larger in size. They are not excarnate Earth people, but come from their own world. The disks posses some type of radiant energy. They do not come from any “planet” as we use the word, but from an etheric planet which interpenetrates with our own and is not perceptible to us. The bodies of the visitors, and the craft also, automatically materialize on entering the vibratory rate of our dense matter. They re-enter the etheric at will, and so simply disappear from our vision, without trace. The region they come from is NOT the astral plane, but corresponds to the Lakas or Talas. Students of esoteric matters will understand these terms. www.collective-evolution.com/2015/07/21/u-s-government-releases-document-with-details-of-extraterrestrial-bodies-craft-home-planet/

this is also interesting consider for those not so jaded You're confusing being jaded for what's really healthy skepticism and the use of critical thinking skills. Also, just because some are skeptical of the theory that aliens crossed great expanses of time/space to breed humans to be slaves to mine gold for them, doesn't mean those same people are closed to all other theories re: extraterrestrial life. Just because I strongly doubt some New Agers baseless theory based on little to no science doesn't mean I'm not interested in the theories of other, more credible people who present hypothesis's based on science, research, and probability as opposed to cheesy pulp science fiction novels.

It always amazes me how people with "critical thinking skills" are able to completely ignore all the evidence we do have and can put together that causes some people to come up with these theories. Keeping in mind that "evidence" and "proof" are not the same thing.
I consider myself a critical thinker, but an open-minded one. That's why I don't just automatically rule out certain theories that have evidence from different sources to support it. Again, not proof, just evidence.

thats my view.. why rule things out when you dont have to and why believe things when you dont have to.
it boggles my mind.
so many diverse sightings, testimonies thru out and since the beginning of recorded time... while that's not proof its certainly more robust data set then pretending you know what an Aliens goals, wants, needs, desires, capabilities are. which is basically all the non-visitation people have and using your assumptions about what you think aliens can do want, ect to rule them out.
since it dont support what i believe it must all be lies dogma
in the end, all we can say is holding a visitation belief is highly rational based on the data.. its far far far from the realm of Reductio ad absurdum which some people thinks is powerful stuff.. if i make fun of it, it must not be true type mentality.
i myself think the data we have leans towards visitation over non-visitation and neither side has any real hard evidence so at this point its inconclusive

Who is it here that's regularly posting things about aliens being slave masters, actually thinking they are a slave to aliens, links to sources who say they believe aliens are using humans to harvest natural resources, etc., etc.? That to me is "pretending you know what an Aliens goals, wants, needs, desires, capabilities are." Being skeptical about what others like yourself are assuming and proposing when it comes to aliens is not pretending to know what motivates aliens. It's using logic and common sense to question the claims of those who are pretending to know what motivates aliens to potentially visit Earth. Figuring that any intelligence high enough to know how to manage to cross vast expanses of time/space to arrive at Earth probably wouldn't do so to make some insignificant species such as humans mine a semi-precious metal that's probably not exclusive to Earth is taking all the available data and making a hypothesis that any such highly intelligent being most likely wouldn't go through the trouble or need to. It'd be like someone assuming humans wouldn't bother travelling across the universe to an ice planet to breed and enslave space penguins to harvest ice cubes to satisfy their urge for a vodka rocks when the kitchen refrigerator has the technology necessary to make ice cubes. Possible? Sure. Probable? Not really. Granted, everything is literally possible, but possible is far from probable, or likely, and is better left in the realm of science fiction and fantasy until actual credible evidence presents itself. And saying people who don't agree with your highly improbable theories of aliens breeding humans to mine gold for them are "non-visitation people" is completely off the mark. It's possible to believe in extra-terrestrial intelligence having visited or having the potential to visit Earth while still discounting the breeding/slavery/gold extraction theory as being highly improbable and even nonsensical. They're not mutually exclusive, as you imply with your label "non-visitation people," as if if you don't believe in breeding/slavery/gold extraction than you don't believe in the possibility of extra terrestrial life/visitation. You're making your own assumptions about the motivations and beliefs of people who question your theories and are drawing false conclusions. If you question the probability and logic of breeding/slavery/gold than you are pretending to know what aliens want and don't believe they have/could visit.
