Also supposed to freeze here tonight. There are peppers and small green tomatoes out there, but I have several bags of peppers in the fridge and the kitchen table is produce free. They're going to get zapped. It ended up being a decent year.

It was only 36 when I woke up. I might glean a little more after work. I might not.

It's time to pop some peppers. I had convinced myself not to buy a bunch of new seeds, but I've got a handful that I want to try.

Have you guys watched Clarksons farm on Prime? The first season was great and the second just dropped.
He’s in hot water because of his Megan Markle shit but I don’t really care so…

Yeah. The pepper plants are slow, so it's good to start them early.

I'm back in bidniss. We have 2 olives trees and I trimmed the early growth and snipped & ripped the invasive ivy off one. I have permission to plant in the property behind us and I'm gonna rage it with all the veggie seeds I can find.

The spinach in the back raised bed didn't get zapped this winter and is growing new leaves. I've never had that happen before. The kale in the same bed got zapped in December. Pretty cool.

I've never harvested so much spinach from plants that I grew. A few of them have bolted, but the rest are going strong and are ready to pick again. I think I'm up to 10 or 11 large bowls that I've gotten off them.

I haven't put any tomatoes or peppers in the ground, yet. It is supposed to drop down to 40 tomorrow night. I have built some new raised beds, though.

I've got 7 types of lettuce, 3x swiss chard, 3x kale, 5x radishes in the back beds in addition to the spinach that came back and a bunch of volunteer lettuce that looks really good too. The south side bed has 7x beets, wasabi radish, 3x carrots, rapini and a couple Japanese greens that were bonus seeds. Some of the radishes will be ready within a few days or so and I'm going to start eating the volunteer lettuce to thin it out some.

We've had a very wet spring and everything is in bloom. Except the dogs keep laying on my flowers. Basil is not thriving though which is weird...
