- I am willing to go out of my way to spend all my money to see a show mid week
- anyone had the wine?
- APC was so fucking weak last time I saw them. Had fucking sick seats and the show was super meh.
- Anyone gotten that wine yet? I kind of wana try it. I feel like some witches prolly put a spell on it or something.

I had some at a friend's place. Not sure if they sell it around here tho to get a better idea of how it compares to others I've had. KNow nothing about wine.

I wonder what Maynard's role in the winery is outside of slapping his name on the product

I think he is super involved. I read tour and recording schedules have been modified so he could be there for the harvest.

Managing a kick-ass vineyard in a nice climate and drinking wine all day, sounds much better than fronting a drug metal band to be honest

I've had the wine. The Judith was epic, but waaaaaay overpriced. I had two others that were decent, but also very overpriced. Good documentary about it: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blood_into_WineI read they split up though and Maynard kept one vineyard and the other dude kept the larger vineyard. I'm not a big Tool fan. I don't get it. I would love to see them live, but probably not this time around.

That's the whole thing. It's very good wine, but you can find way better wine at better prices. I didn't pay for it either. I have a friend who works for a really impressive winery in Napa, and she's a big Tool fan. She got them and a bunch of us sampled them. Fun night.

That is what I figured. that yes it was good wine but it was overpriced because of the name Also I would much rather make wine, hangout at my vineyard, and drink wine then tour around with a drug metal band that I got over 10,000 days ago. I totally get his view on things.

Tool at Broo w/Morello was quite the night.. String Cheese at the which stage directly after was the exactly right mellowing effect The Nightwatchman was terrible, Tom really had to redeem himself after that TERRIBLE afternoon set. In Between Tool and SCI was the Superjam with Questlove, Ben Harper, and John Paul Jones...Zep tunes obviously.
