Dwight Yokam is solid. Definitely not a fan of all country music ( especially nrwer pop stuff) but absoultley most older country is awesome.

I like a ton of country, especially random small regional country fried stuff, just not always in the mood for it.
Old stuff like Waylon, Willie, George Jones, all the classics are great.
Get into the psychedelic stuff like gram Parsons and nrps, that shits great.
Some 80s and 9os pop country is nice for nostalgia, even has some true merit and almost on par with some of the classic country.
Now a days most of the indie and alt country is great, like I said, I just need to be in the mood.
Something someone showed me this weekend was really great, Tyler Childers

is Mojo Nixon 'country'? I like that.
To be honest... I'm a huge fan of The Nashville Sound. Those studio musicians and producers were fucking amazing. It was a hit factory. Too bad it sucks now.
