Count Me In on Netflix is an excellent documentary on drums and drummers. If this was Guitar Center drumshop it would be playing in the tv in the shop.

Brains Lessons was a good one to play or Akiro Jimbo had a great instructional video. Dude sounded like he was playing all the drums for video games. I also liked the duet of Louie Bellson and Billy Cobham video we’d put on for entertainment. Louie had super Harry hands like I’d have to shave the roofs of my hands if I were him he looked like Teen Wolf playing drums.

I’d put in the Bill Bruford one and Virgil Donatti had a great one too. And that Marco Minneman instructional video jeez he was so amazing. I bet he would have won the Dream Theater audition if he didn’t wear a Cookie Monster shirt and smiled the whole damn time. Dress in black and make an angry drum face and the gig would have been his.
