I don't know enough about it to ask any questions. I did ask how much his bill had increased and he wasn't sure, but wanted to think it was only $30. Beats me. |

Hmm 30$ seems low but again it depends where ya live and the per kwh cost but for sale lets say its more realistically 80-100$. Lets assume his bill is 150? Seems avg? So hes making maybe 150$ a month conservatively. Thats not awful for not really doing anything but have a computer run. Wont make ya rich but… free beers snd food!

Read how mining is huge in Argentina down south in the Patagonia region. Mixture of cheap electricity and cold weather to keep those computers cool.

$13-14 a day down there would go farther than just beer and pizza money. Monthly minimum wage down there right now is $317 a month. $13-14 is right around a day's wages if you're working six days a week for minimum.
