or techniques to recognize you awareness in in a negativity hole and how to elevate it out naturally.

I think everyone is different. Some people can get where they want to get through meditation and other holistic medicines and some people may need someone to talk to or a pill to help them get their levels back to where they want to be.

Congrats on the 5th kid Ferd! -This was funny. It's not this. Just more developments on my "emo-ness." I went to my primary care doc and she prescribed me something. I was initially against it, but I decided I'm willing to try it out. If what I'm suffering from really is a chemical imbalance, then the med could do me a lot of good. Today was dose 7, so it's still too early to tell if it will work or not...I'm probably already dependent though...which is...interesting. Just a lot of uncharted territory. My self confidence has been shaken since I've been forced to look inward and admit that a lot of the problems I was blaming on external sources are actually personal defects. I find myself more open to the idea that I have flaws, but it's still a startling realization to have at 34. I want to be the best version of myself though, for me and for my family...but heading down that road is scary AF. Better now than later. Hit me up if you ever need to talk, brother. |

Got a notice in the mail that I'm a victim! I've been victimized and am getting part of a class action lawsuit settlement. I didn't know I'd been victimized. Apparently Hooters sent me an unsolicited txt message almost two years ago, along with 55,000 other people, and somebody sued Hooters over it, so we're all getting either $25 or $50 Hooters gift cards. Who wants to go eat wings and look at boobs?

I was going to mow my grass this sfternoon, but it is 90 here too. Beer and AC sounds like a better plan. The grass will be there after work tomorrow.

I think this is the 5th or 6th day in a row we hit 90. And it's been humid all week. It's the summer we never had this year. Forecast for highs in the 60s this weekend.
