lol^ Hooters has GREAT wings...
Vibes Ferd!... Do what you gotta do...you'll know if it's right or not for you after you are on it for a while...if not, tweak it, or stop...Meds aren't all bad..many have really changed kids' life for the better...we deal with a lot of medication stuff w/them...and until you try several options, don't give up...it'll be worth it.

We marinade and bake our wings before freezing them. Then a 5 minute dip in the fryer and a light coat of the sauce of your choice to serve them. The are not breaded. They are quite tasty.

Bonsoir!
Long fucking day. 12 hours at the office starting at 8, and it's a fucking mess. I was on 4 hours of sleep, but thank god for strong French coffee.
At the end of the day, the lady I am working for, who I used to work with years ago, decides since we got so much done, she wanted to treat to dinner. I get a $35 per diem for dinner anyway, and I really wanted to bail, because I was exhausted, and I knew it would be a long one, but I didn't want to look like an asshole, so I got another cup of coffee and manned up.
Dinner was amazing. Escargot, foie gras, beef bourguignon, champagne, French wine....so, so fantastic. But it was a long one. It's midnight, and I just got back to my hotel. I'm fried.
Taking a shower and hitting the hay. I have to be back at 8 for another 12 hour day. I thought these people didn't work long days? They don't, but they are in crisis mode, which is why I am here to begin with. I came for the job. I stay for the food. Also, it's fashion week here. I've never seen more beautiful women in one city in my life.
Anyway, J'aime Paris!

So apparently I am not smrt enough to apply to community college. Either that or baltimore community college is to stupid to recognize when you enter something in the other box.

Congrats on the 5th kid Ferd! -This was funny. It's not this. Just more developments on my "emo-ness." I went to my primary care doc and she prescribed me something. I was initially against it, but I decided I'm willing to try it out. If what I'm suffering from really is a chemical imbalance, then the med could do me a lot of good. Today was dose 7, so it's still too early to tell if it will work or not...I'm probably already dependent though...which is...interesting. Just a lot of uncharted territory. My self confidence has been shaken since I've been forced to look inward and admit that a lot of the problems I was blaming on external sources are actually personal defects. I find myself more open to the idea that I have flaws, but it's still a startling realization to have at 34. I want to be the best version of myself though, for me and for my family...but heading down that road is scary AF. I prescribe large doses of LSD and DMT combined.

Does chemical dependence make your trip through the maze an easygoing affair?

Yo Ferd, I'm not saying you're wrong in trying the meds and I know it's just speculation when we just talk on the trons, but you really don't strike me as a clinical depression, chemical imbalance case. If you stop wanting to coach little league or go hunting or seeing shows, I'd think maybe you are biologically depressed, but you still seem to find a lot of joy in life and people with chemical imbalance have trouble with all that. Sorry to play psychoanalysis on you, I just think maybe you have some negative stuff built up you need to get over. Take the meds, see how it goes, talk to a therapist in conjunction.
