Ferd- I've stayed out of this topic as its not something I have experienced personally or even second hand. But to me it seems that you have too much on your plate, raising a family with a young baby, work, household management (including chicken tending), looking for a new house/property (its been a while since you've mentioned that so not sure if its still something you are doing), volleyball league(s), soccer, show(s), your kids activities (+ coaching), helping your extended family, etc. That's just the list that I can think of from what you shared on here. I am sure I missed some things and surely there are things you haven't shared. When trying to picture your schedule in my mind it seems there is little to no time for just hanging out. My advice is to cut back on some of the things you can and stick to whats most important to you. Hunting season isnt too far away, so perhaps some quality ferd time to think will help you to figure it out. In the mean time if the medication is helping (or even the ultimate solution), no shame in doing what you need to do. Also think a counselor is a good idea, surely whomever you pick will be at least as qualified as us on here. You got this. I think this whenever I read all of ferd's numerous activities/things to do. I'll bitch about being busy and needing more me time but then I see a ferd post and tell myself to stop being such a baby. i have no idea if all those ferd activities contribute to stress or alleviate some of the stress. Haven't walked even a 1/4 mile in his shoes so who am I to say. -Staying busy seems to go a long way towards keeping my mind off of stuff...it's when I'm sitting around with nothing to do that I tend to get down...

It's because I am going to go to college. You should skip the whole student thing and go straight for professor. I'd sign up for your class.

Oh yeah, and hunting season starts on Sunday. I am PSYCHED!!! Time spent in the woods will do wonders for my mental state, of this I'm sure. I've always viewed as hunting/fishing as meditation for people who don't meditate.

We need a new scobe. I recently got a 50 gallon oak barrel and we might try a continuous pull.

i still have to start... i have a kit at home.
i currently drink 1 or 2 Master Brews or just the regular kevita a day.. def adds up cost wise.. that puts me at 1100 or more a year just on Kombucha plus what my wife drinks
maybe this winter.
i sometimes still take probiotics
thats why im so against Glyphosate, it destroys the shikimate pathway in bacteria and does not care if good or bad bacteria.
you gut is so so important to over all health, be it mental or physical and so much of our food fucks the gut up

We had some going for the last few years. Some batches way better than others. This spring we ignored it for too long. Decided to take a break and start again later. I am not a fan of all the sugar it eats and I think next time we will try to train it to eat honey. I am about to have soo much honey.

On my way to take kiddo to the dentist suddenly 3 lights came on my dashboard. A swerving car, check engine and brake light. Could this be related to the tire that got fixed this morning? Mike is out of town and I am all on my owm here, crying like a girl because I don't understand car stuff and I can't call my husband and ask.

The place that fixed the tire said they would look at it, thank goodness because the dealership takes a million years to do anything and I hate them.

i would take your car in ASAP CP...that happened in my car once, same 3 lights lit up after getting an oil change...turns out it was a problem with my computer and my car ended up dying and had to be towed into the dealership. Luckily Jiffy lube paid for all the work and a rental

It may be as simple as a speed sensor that is located in your hub.
