Saw a kid get hit by a train at fever I was camped right next to those girls that got run over at all good
Scarred me for life, I can still see that pool of blood in my mind from the kid at fever

Dude taking all his close off while screaming at his girlfriend on the lawn at Further festival in St. Louis 97. Then security would not even touch him and he kept running away. Girl was completely devastated. Crazy

At Nelson Ledges in like 06 or 07, something like that. The campgrounds extend from the old quarry on the property, which as you can imagine have shear cliffs cut into the landscape on its margins, very tall in some areas. We wake in the morning camping pretty deep in the woods. as we are getting near fest center along the quarry edge we see a car nose down down at the last terrace before the water edge. Some wastoids drove thier car over the edge the night before, fucked up shit. they both had to be taken by paramedics and all.
Story sounds lame unless youve been at the ledges and can visualize some yayhoo gunning the engine in that campground trying to show off and just flying over the edge of the quarry, lol, wtf?! Especially if they were spun or jacked up or something, what a terrible thing to have to ex[ereience, lol.

I sat next to a couple Tibetan monks at a Dead show in Oakland Coliseum. They had opened the show the night before and were checking out the next night if I recall right. They didn't have much to say obviously. They hung around for the first set and then left. They had their robes on and were wearing watches given to them by the dead that had a steal your face on the face of the watch...kind of out of place.
Only at a Dead show could this happen.

"'Suwanee Sue' and Indonesian "Red" Syphilis at Wanee?" is a much better thread. Import that one!

That's awesome. We kicked with a Tibetan monk at the National Rainbow gathering many years ago. He set up a two cent psychology booth. At night he got all dosed up and put this gold eagle thing on his head and dispensed wisdom. Monks are cooler than us.

I saw a kid tumble down some bleachers at Bumbershoot. At least 30 feet of stairs, I was at the top and watched him drunkly try to shuffle down...he fucked up and rolled over himself. I thought I was about to experience EMT and the whole nine yards. The kid somehow was ok...someone handed him a bowl, he hit the shit out of it and carried on.
Not the craziest thing I've seen but more recent
