One thing that I thought was really cool about Mala was he would do rewinds. Fucking nobody does thay anymore
He rewinded "coki - goblin" like 2 or 3 times. Shit was crazy
That system was insane too. Now I know what they mean by "bassweight"

At my show mala started like a half hour earlier than he was supposed to. Def not complaining though

Show was awesome. I didn't see Kahn and Need because they didn't come on till 2 and I left around quarter till. Gorgon sound was really good and of course Mala was killing it.

well gorgon sound and kahn and neek are the same people. Gorgon sound is more dubplates and deep medi music and then kahn and neek is more their grime alias
dope ass show tho. they musta had the same speakers there too. brain shaking bass
edit - wait, so kahn and neek played after mala? thats kinda weird. venue must close really late

Ha didn't realize it was the same people. Haven't really kept up with this stuff for a while. At Uhall, if the show is on a weeknight, the headliner usually plays at midnight and then someone else closes out.

He played close to two hours. Came on shortly after midnight and was still playing when I left at 145.

Came on shortly after midnight and was still playing when I left at 145. yeah me and my buddy might have left a couple minutes early too but he played about the same amount of time jus wondering cuz it sounds like curfew ended way later at your venue. the venue we were at was just a bar and closed at 1. just wanted to know if he played a longer set at places without early curews |

Time wise I could go to DVS1 tonight but I'm pretty sure I'm too broke. The LENG Park party got cancelled for weather so I'm probably not seeing any dance floor action this weekend. Dj tennis is playing for free next Sat so I'll probably hot that up.
