So sepalcure is playing with Avalon Emerson tomorrow night and I really want to go but I have to work Thurs morning. I might just have to tough it out.

So I'm pretty glad I didn't go to sepalcure last night. People said it was empty and the music wasn't all that great. Planning on hitting Pinch and Hodge tomorrow night.

interesting about Sepalcure, I know MD is living in LA now though so maybe they haven't really practiced together in a long time

Yeah I don't know. Apparently they didn't play any of their own tunes. A few people said they enjoyed it but the reviews were pretty meh overall. I'm also kind of sick of seeing acts I'm excited for play to an empty club on a weeknight.

Yeah so pinch and Hodge was pretty sweet. It was all very bass heavy but Hodge played a little more diverse set of styles while pinch kept it pretty heavy on the dubstep but he played a bunch of grimey stuff and I think I heard a little juke in their too. He played all vinyl and had the room going nuts.
