We were at Banner Thunderbird ER from 1030p to 230a sitting in the filthy fucking lobby the whole time. I pulled the car up and drove her to Arrowhead ER and were already in a room and she got IV and they getting ultrasound going next. I am so fucking rattled with the previous ER experience I can’t fucking believe the chaos and total bullshit there. Thanks for vibes base!

Only 7 miles today but bumped it up a notch with heart rate above 140...thas' my limit...my ass was still hurting...resistance on bike makes you work those muscles.. 4 & 10...whew! My place of muy tranquillo...pre jet turn on, of course...ahhhhhhhhhhh  I see the hot tub, don't see the hottie Hmmmm..... Nahh dpb, that term does not describe this post-work out self...I'll post a pic with my unicorn float one day though...on its inaugural float....That was wally's secret santa gift to me |

Berg is spending the night at Grandma and grandpa tonight because the wife has an event she s working all weekend and I can make some extra dough driving for lyft. We might go and get a drink together later tonight too since we haven't been able to do so in a very long time. Will be nice to spend some 1 on 1 time with my lovely lady. Maybe I'll get lucky...  |
