These guitars are beautiful. I didn't know anything about them until recently. Pretty cool. This one is just down the road in Cincinnati. The shop has been there for a long time and it's right next to Bogarts on Vine st. I'd always want to go in there before a show, but they were always closed. reverb.com/item/42657922-b-c-rico-mockingbird-1980-natural

7.9lbs not too shabby. My Tele is a megachonker at like 10 lbs.

#notrem 80s trey vibes. Coil split is money and adds a lot of versatility through a tube amp with lots of gain. Roll back the volume and go single coil for rhythm then juice it up again for the lead.

Also pictured avatar 12/6 cab right, seismic 15" closed back cabinet, and hand made by me from shelves at the old school before they tore it down 15" open back on top

Was going to change my bass strings on my #1 (Amber) for the first time since 2016 since I like em dull and one of the tuners basically disintegrated when I took the strings off. Now I have to wait for the set to come in before I can finish...

My Korean Squier is heavy because its plywood like 9+ but my Mexican Partscaster is below 8 with an Alder body and is a dream to play

My strat is an early 90s Mexican. It doesn't seem heavy, but I've never weighed it. Now I'm curious.
