this whole thread is garbage, seriously, tighten the screw or your head will detach completely fuck you. and you have to admit that clearly something must be done to reign in the cops who have all gotten out of control. You cannot deny that we should seriously look at their intelligence and mental health a little better as well as their accountability. I personally have no problem with legalizing drugs and then putting cameras everywhere in public places, that way the cops would have no more arbitrary laws to enforce and everyone would be on camera all the time when they are in public you'd need less cops to investigate shit and then if the cops have to shoot someone the incident would be recorded. exactrly what I said in my posts, we need to revamp policing procedures wtf? this thread is dumb as fuck |

Cops are constantly saying how dangerous the job is. Yet the job does not even appear on the list of the top ten most dangerous jobs. I grew up working as an electrician, it is really nothing for me to work with live high voltage electricity, Electrical line worker is number 9 on the list. Police Officer? Not on the list. but they would have you belive that they are in constant danger, while wearing body armor and armed to the teeth...Riiight. You lost me way back with this post. Do you know how dangerous it is being a cop in an urban ghetto? Go into a ghetto (in a big city) at 2:00 AM and let me know if it makes the list then.. I hear ya on the war on drug thing but c'mon, as previously noted in this thread, it would be complete chaos to have no cops... That does not mean things shouldn't be done to keep cops from abusing power.. |

I have worked in many ghettos as an electrical worker I have been threatened by gangs, and dealt with all kinds of crime around job sites. What happens when you call the police in those situations? nothing thats what. The cops are not protecting you. The most they are doing is giving you the perception that they are keeping the "criminal element" in the ghettos. not long ago some tweekers stole a gas can off my driveway in broad day light. I do not live in a ghetto this a is a very nice neighborhood in a rural town, the police are nowhere around unless they are called and then it takes a looong time for them to arrive. We are on our own here. And what you are saying is that if you are unfortunate enough to live in a ghetto then you should never expect the cops to lift a finger to do anything other than arrest you. I get it you think the cops are protecting you from the niggers and spics guess what they aren't you're on your own and when the boogie man comes a callin' it'll take a while after you dial 911 for another armed white man to show up if he even shows. And then he might just shoot you. |

When you were doing electrical work in the ghetto it was at 2 am? I also worked in a ghetto for a while while I was a delivery driver...
And you are black-and-whiting everything. Yes. Some cops are on power trips. Yes. There are bad cops. BUT there are also cops that went into the line of work to help people and to protect.

Only thing is that as long as spoiled white kids like you are content with the status quo nothing will ever change, lose what you have and you be fighting for change right along side me, and the blacks and the mexicans, and the palestinians etc...

All cops should have to pass a polygraph for every charge they make against anyone, that would be a start. Also they should have to be of above average intelligence. that might be a start but that's not happening anytime soon.
