I bought a condo 2 years ago. It's ok I'd like a house but the market has gone up so much in the last 4 years that a house is basically not an option anymore. Fricken 450K for the craptasic starter.
The good news is I'll have this condo paid for in 10 years. Then maybe I can upgrade. I was able to afford a 15 year mortgage

It sucked not having a yard but it was nice not having to do yard work. We got to spend our weekends at the pool that we also didn’t have to clean. |

Also the rain held off (down poured when I was grubbin lunch post closing )

Mortgage ended up being 200 bucks less than predicted and we are paying less than we were in rent (well still be payon the what we thought it was going to be price)
