Long as they dont fuck with the mini forest itll be ok

Domestic terrorist maybe in my near future , though they have more land crushers than I have explosives soo

That's not true! Where there's a will, there's a source of homemade explosives. Don't discount the positive effect a pulled oil pan plug can have on the motor of a land crushing machine. Never give up! Never!

Might give your property nice little bump in value.
Will you still be able to take a leak in your backyard?

Dont think so, looks like process to remove land may have started last year? Only reason I say that is the gentleman I talked to said he did wh az t he was doing last year as well and that construction probably wont start until next fall

Last summer my across the alley neighbor was on his roof. I pee in the yard a lot. He doesn't really get on the roof much anymore.

You guys ever cleaned a chimney or hired someone?
It doesn't seem that hard but I called a company that will do it for $200. I'm sure it's worth it, I'd spend 50 on tools and it sounds like shit.
Maybe I'll just burn the creosote log and hope for the best.
I just sont know what happened before I moved in.

It was worth it and they repaired some cracks with fireproof mortar filler that could have caused the chimney to deteriorate if I had hot fires.

I think its worth it on an house you dont have history with. Once you know its shape and your level of use you can decide how frequently to have the professional come out

Thanks for the bump, good call.
Of course this time of year they are booked but I got the guy coming Dec 6 for a cleaning amd inspection.
The condo is 25 years old and I have been using the wood fireplace for 2 years now.
Last year I stuck my head in amd looked up, it was clear for 6 feet then bends so i cant see.
For $200, it's worth the peace of mind

I told my gf its $200, but I could get the tools for $50 and borrow a ladder to go on the roof.
Right when I said that in my head I was like fuck that, and she said it out loud.
Some things are worth paying for.

Cause sometimes I get drunk and the fire is probably rippin to big.
A few times the flames were shooting up the pipe, and it's so hot I can barely fuck with the logs.
Unfortunately it doesn't heat the house well at all, but still nice

To much to ask that when blank number shows here and you pay a blank number there that the first blank number goes down accordingly ?
Guess it is , guess it is indeed
