Re reviewed everything with hermosita, signed and sent back Just now waiting to hear that they're good to go (which they should be) and needing to hear back from lawyer and find me a home inspector Soo Step in right direction? |

Welp just checked email, making out deposit check today
So they/we accepted !
Just have to make sure all is copacetic with septic tank(they had concerns with water level which may be being caused by tree roots and would need to to be repaired prior to it all going down)
And home inspection and if any necessary repairs that may need to be made after that being taken care of
