i cant ever go back. once you go full ricotta its never the same. My grandma always did 50 50 ricotta cottage cheese. I still make mine this way. |

I don't hate lasagna....i just wouldn't put it anywhere near the top tier Italian dishes.

Some people say eggplant tastes like whatever you cook it with. Lady makes an eggplant parm with sauce from scratch and everything about is awesome, except the eggplant. I just don't like eggplant.

I personally don't like ricotta cheese much so Lasagna doesn't do much for me but it's a solid dish/entree.
I personally love Eggplant but I like it sliced thinner. Tough eggplant is no good.

you guys do realize that the vast majority of political threads on this board exist to rip on republicans right? and if they don't that's all they turn into, this thread was just more centric about it.
besides if we hadn't went type 2 for so long, we never would have found out that ferd doesn't like lasagna...
