Otc sleep aids have never worked on me. They just make me feel groggy and weird but not actually sleep. Yep. I just layed there for a long time and then played some pretty awful chess for a while.

My only concern with this tea I have is there is no way of knowing what the dose is that you're ingesting. I read where valerian can be habit forming if you take too much for too long, sort of like coming off benzos. It has chamomile and a couple other things in it too.

I had to work on my sleep forever and I'm still a light sleeper. I can't have caffeine after 5pm, I do cardio specifically early in the morning, and I take melatonin too, all to keep my circadian rhythm normal-ish. If I'm really having trouble sleeping I'll listen to a guided meditation on YouTube- those things put me right to sleep.

I'm going to start using cbd at night when I'm back on
Maybe cut the thc off at 6-7ish and if anything more is needed cbd it up
This is the one thing I get annoyed about herb, take a break and dont sleep for shite for weeks lol
Other than that , it's the bees knees

The cat snoring wakes me up and keeps me from falling back asleep. Exercise is going to help, but I just need to get motivated to start a routine. It's dark when I get home from work and I am not a morning person. I'll get there. I have a couple exercise balls that I bought to sit on in my cube that are just taking up space at the house.

Idk guys... Only thing that ever worked for me for sleep was snack before bed and masturbation. Sleep will find you when you've earnt it. Cant speed up the harvest. I'm not a proponent of substitution with suppliments... Might as well go with kratom if you want knocked out. If you cant sleep then dont sleep. Your body wil shut down when its ready. Guaranteed!

This real sleep no booze is giving me crazy bad dreams. My house burned down last night. I put it out with my garden hose but the firemen kept lighting it back on fire. It wasn't even my real house in the dream. At the very end I was standing next to a burnt foundation and my friend asked if I was going to sublet it. I awoke at that time freaking out. Its all for the best. I spose.

Its all for the best. I spose. I have had some of the most fucked up and dark dreams over the past month since I quit puffing hard. I don't think I've been sleeping enough this past week without booze to remember much of them. I had what I believe to be this recurring "chase" dream a couple weeks ago where I actually came in contact with the pursuant. Normally I never see who is chasing me. This time, not only did we meet, we were in a physical struggle and I was trying to gouge both of his eyes out with my thumbs. It was literally life or death. That was a traumatic one to wake up from. Nuts.

So... I'm sitting in the ER. Guy at work had a blood clot over the weekend and his symptoms were enough like mine that I just went to be sure. I'm not having a heart attack or stroking out, so that's good. They did a ctscan and the pain in my shoulder and arm while I layed flat and still was so bad that I could barely hold still. Definitely looking like some sort of nerve damage and the scan showed more degenerative damage in my neck than should be there for my age. Next step will be an outpatient mri. Waiting on the doc to come tell me what's up.
*And my bp has been on the borderline of emergency call all week. When I first got here it was so high (220/112) they took me straight to get an ekg. It was good, though and my bp has come down. Still not good. Never been on this side of all this. I'm pretty sure I just met my deductible for the year...
