I got my tax refund within a week or so. Do you have it direct deposited or did you ask for a paper check? Paper check is going to take a lot longer.

My refund was much bigger this year than previous years...I think mostly due to the child tax credit, but I'm still nervous that I did something wrong...

My poor doggo is going to be a disaster for as long as this is going on. She is already scared of noises like thunder, fireworks, wind(WTF?), hard rain(seriously, WTF?), smoke alarms, kitchen hood vent, etc... The cicadas are going to terrify her. She's so soft. you may want to look into calmkeen. my doggo would get really scared of the things you mentioned, eventually she locked her self in the powder room (I assume trying to hide) and ate a hole in the dry wall. A few earlier times she managed to get/chew herself out of a metal crate to hide in the shower (those instances ended her being crated). I talked to the vet and they recommended calmkeen. Essentially its a natural enzyme that is found in milk that helps with these issues. You have to give it to them daily, and it takes a couple of weeks to get in the system. It doesnt work for all dogs, but did for us. You may want to give it a shot. Or maybe a lil CBD oil/treat would help. |

Sunday was top 5 worst hangover I ever had. Booze, space, research for the children was not a good mix. Have been taking it fairly easy in general but last Saturday I decided to let loose a little more than normal. I probably won't be touching booze again until Umphreys in Chicago next month.
But a new dispensary just opened up about 5 minute drive from me. I'm thinking maybe buying some strong edibles and having a nice relaxing weekend of eating everything in my pantry.
