Cold at home. Little bit of sleet at the trail. Fuck it. 5 miles in the sleet. Earned the bike a nice cleaning. Probably keep munching on the space and go hop in the hot tub and enjoy this funky weather.

It nearly killed my dad when he was the same age I am now. This will be my second one and I have to get them every five years from here on.

I have to get a colonoscopy next week. What a pain the ass. I got my first one last year. It was a breeze, besides the prep drink. That was a workout for sure. |

Yeah the procedure is no problem, the prep is awful and now I have to do covid testing and quarantine lite on top of that.

Coworker has his last day of treatment for butthole cancer on Friday. He's doing good considering. Still comes in every day after going to the doc in the morning

I am turning 45 this summer but I do have colorectal cancer in fam history. Normally you wait til 50 I think. I will do this every 5 years I think. |
