Great job Colorado. Now Clarence, Sam, Neil, Amy, Brett and John get to show their whole ass to the entire Country when they reverse this decision. I particularly love that the Colorado Supreme Court cited Gorsuch's own words in a previous decision he had written.

If I heard correctly as I half listened to this news on NPR, Colorado is keeping him on the ballot until SCOTUS makes their decision, and if SCOTUS doesn't decide by the deadline to finalize who will be on the CO ballot (sometime in January?, I think) then Trump stays on the ballot.
I don't know the politics behind it all as far as how the court operates, but I could see them not taking the case or waiting for the deadline to pass and kicking the can back to Colorado, ultimately leaving Trump on the ballot.
It would've been nice if they already had a conviction against him on his J6 federal charges so that it it wouldn't be so cloudy (legally) as far as did he or didn't he initiate/participate in an insurrection - but I guess that's the price of DOJ slow walking.

No matter the facts, Trump is probably blaming it all on the Dems/Biden/DOJ/etc. who he's describing as vermin communist fascists whatever. MAGA nation swallows it whole without question while the rest of the GOP politicians do their usual, fall in line and repeat whatever Dear Leader says.

I'm sure there are a lot of Republicans that want trump out. From what I understand, having trump run as the republican candidate for prez is the only chance Biden would have to win the election if he's the dem candidate.

I read about a "crowded primary." I hope Boebert, the in-state carpetbagger, winds up somewhere down the bottom of vote getters just to make her humiliation that much more complete.
