Go to big star across the street from wrigley, Their pork tacos are bomb!
Also Swift and Sons is amazing but its an incredibly high end steak house, worth the price though. their 2nd location is right across the street from the field too. Oyster bar, big time yum!

The only thing in Chicago to do is see a ball game, eat food, and buy expensive beer. Maybe Id go see some mob tour or something. Every city has museums.

I did a mob tour and it is great if you might like sitting on and air conditioned bus and driving around the city while being entertained by a storyteller.

I'm going to go see Chief Keef's house. That's in northbrook where I grew up. 20 miles outside the city

Thanks for all the input thus far! Ok here’s a weird question… Wife is seeing these kayak tours/excursions on the Chicago river and wants to know “if we do that, will people think the same about us that we would think about people kayaking in the Schuylkill?”

I personally would not kayak in the chicago River. I would highly recommend the architecture tour which will take you through the river. I've never done it, personally, but just about everyone I know has done it and it's apparently just as good as the mob tour.

My favorites are- Chicago Institute of Art, Millennium Park, taking the tunnel near the Drake Hotel to the beach (the bar at the Drake has Marilyn Monroe and Joe DiMaggio's initials carved in it), and walking around Wicker Park. The Wrigleyville neighborhood is fun, we usually stop at the Cubby Bear.
