I just asked one of my neighbors children to come home. My lawn and I pay him 5 bucks. It's 13 inches of lawn literally measured it out 13 by. 22 It's not very Not a very big lot. Hes like I don't know how to use a lawn mower not a problem. I have one of those old school ones. No gas required, you just push it. He said no kids it today,
Oh, well, money for later his Loss, not mine.

woke up last night standing in the hotel hallway pissing on another rooms door...
the front desk guy was yelling down the hallway... he had to let me back into my room...
cost- $150... the memory... priceless...

Saturday was lit as fuck
Our neighbors were celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and had a party which we were invited to. They had fried chicken wings and berg must have pounded 5 of them in a matter of minutes, she loved them! Then she inhaled caked like it was her job. We had some drinks, the girls got picked up by the parents and we were picked up by my brother and SiL for dinner. Had a really good dinner, lots of great conversation which is good because our relationship has been shaky but lately we have been on great terms. We then went to our cousins house, who recently got married and were celebrating his wifes birthday. Their friends go incredibly hard and pound shots of tequilla like it's going out of style. It was also snowing in their basement all night. We had a killer time but it was too killer and yesterday we spent the day unable to get up off the couch unless it was to feed our children or ourselves.

my buddy's wedding back home was fantastic this weekend. felt like a high school/college reunion for me, lotta old friends there i used to hang out with a lot when i was still living in WI. beautiful little venue that had a pavilion, a nice outdoor seated area for the ceremony, and 2 separate cabins where the wedding parties stayed. it rained beforehand so delayed the ceremony by about an hour, but it was good excuse to have a pre-ceremony happy hour as everyone was getting lit up. plenty of booze, smoke, and research for the children was had. stayed up way too late. still moving slow this morning, but worth it. 10/10 would recommend.

I spent all day Saturday at the ledges for Grateful Fest. It was a fun time, I saw lots of friends and worked a shift at the food drive booth. Melvin Seals was amazing. I wore my Cats Under the Stars t-shirt (an actual Stanley Mouse one too) and they played Cats Under the Stars! Time's a stripper, just doing it for you.
Sunday I drove out to visit my parents while Mike golfed. We grilled for dinner and I got the chicken off the grill right before a huge downpour. Success!

All weekend camping, haven’t had a shower, although I did get in the Arkansas river a few times.
I have a bunch of cleaning to do on the camper and am going to be a sweaty mess, but should probably knock the first layer off before getting dirty again.
Motivation to spend the day cleaning is…. Low.
