I get that but that seems like him covering for going blindly through progressions and holding the ball too long. He's been in the league too long for him to be saying stuff like that. Now he's brought doubt on his coaches, who are probably telling him reasonable things but he's still playing the "young QB" card. |

It's his job to know how to take what coaches tell him and mix it into his own style of play
Hangin on the ball to long, missing open reads, unable to diagnose adefense even partially...that's on him,
coach ain't got the ball in his hands, just a clipboard and a game plan in his head
