Went to a long time buddy of mine’s father’s funeral this morning. He was my track coach also and actually took the responsibility of the job so he could coach me and his son and stabilize a rather non important sport at my school, as I am sure it was and still is at a lot of schools. A cantankerous New York/Long Island guy….a trip. And to come full circle, he ended up the last couple of years at a facility I deliver to so I got to see him and chat a bit when I could and on the sad side, got to see his dementia and issues worsen. R.I.P., Bob. 🤘

I just made herbal hot chocolate. Heavy cream, whole milk, ghirardelli 60% cacao chips and 2tsp decarb. Dosage uncertain. We each had less than 1/4 of the finished product. It was delicious. Buttery from the cream.

I'm pretty mellow. It's not too much. I'm still coughing my ass off, so this is nice for my muscles, as I'm getting sore in my ribs. Every day it's a little better, though. It is also great for my appetite.
