Oh I've definitely settled... For myself. I'm flying solo for the rest of the trip. I'm good. That was me, until it wasn’t. You never know when or if, sometimes it just be. Me too. After last not so great relationship I decided it was "me time." Awesome experience just focusing on myself and not with another person or wanting to even look for another person to get involved with. Lotta personal growth opportunities. But like the cliché goes, you wind up finding things when you're not looking for them. |

I think there’s a lot to be said for older people who find companions. Someone to do things with and someone to look out for you. Not necessarily a great love, but you’re not alone.
Or you can go my great aunts route. She’s like 90 and has pretty much blown all of her money by moving into a ritzy retirement condo and has a squad of other old ladies that she hangs out with. She has more of a social life than I do. Dinners, movies, shows.
