The wife and I are seeing the Black Pumas on Saturday. We are both mildly obsessed with the band so we are both very much looking forward to raging. It's also restaurant week so we are gonna go find a nice restaurant to eat at tonight My friend who doesn’t even know them saw them last week. Said it was an amazing show. Enjoy! |

Thanks! We are real excited. The Dip is opening and they are fucking awesome too. Really excited to see some bands i've never seen live before and maybe visit space while i'm there

Turned down diaper daycare. Good thing too because I'm getting called up for the rest of the year a month early because my coworker ripcorded. Starts tomorrow. Woo!

I've been working for this lady for a few months on this old house she's trying to flip. She's also got a bunch of vacation rentals around here that she manages and told me she had a ton of painting work for me. I was really hoping things were going to work out long term but she pissed me off the other day and I'm leaning towards just cutting her off. Kind of conflicted because I need the work, but a man has got to have a code.

I'm going back to milk another couple hundred tomorrow, hopefully licking up a check and quietly moving on. I'd like to have the option to maybe work with her in the future, but I think I'm done with this project.

We'll see how it goes tomorrow. When I showed up Monday she had another guy painting a room she had told me I was painting and never talked to me about it. So now I'm mad at her for giving my work away and I'm mad at the drywall guy for undercutting me. Might be best for me to just leave. The house is a shitshow and there is a revolving door of contractors and I'm feeling like I should maybe get out while I can. Let the drywall guy have it.
