Stage 1 seems like it should be managed relatively easily, always sucks though. Tonsil cancer on a cigarette smoker, i sometimes wonder how much risk i have smoking flower everyday. Glad they caught it early. Sucks they had to cancel shows but hopefully this means it won't impact his ability to tour in the future.

I gotta feel like it's less because weed just doesn't have the insane additives that tobacco has with the big brands (assuming Jimmy smoked Marbs and shit). Hope his recovery is quick.

Jimmy Herring has cancer. Ugh Yeah I saw that. They said stage 1 tonsil cancer. Stage 1 means the cancer is localized and hasn't spread, so hopefully a routine tonsil removal clears it up. Never like to see the c word, especially when relating to WSP guitar players...

It's a bummer that they had to cancel the Asheville shows, but at least the fans know why and aren't hoping for a reschedule. Chicago? Let's "postpone" shows for an undisclosed medical problem, cancel the reschedules, and not tell anyone why. WTF was that?

how many fish were caught? One little girl caught 15 fish! I'll bet between the 17 kids they caught at least 100. It was catch and release, but there were definitely some keeper-sized fish

Frankly, if most of us say they are on the news, it’s going to be followed by an “oh,shit!”

The owl must have already caught dinner when I saw it on my van the other night because there was a dried stream of blood down the side under the roof rack. I was going to wait to wash it until I finish at this dirt road cabin job tomorrow but it was too yucky. Now my van is shiny on one side and dirty the rest.

Vibes for Jimmy and quick healing. He is the first person I’ve ever heard of getting cancer in the tonsils.
