Bros...AC still not fixed. Woke up to 89 degrees at 2:30 am and just got up and came to work. I have called every day for 8 days, I have sent nasty emails, I have left voice mails and threatened to go to the Better Business Bureau. I still haven't gotten a call. Different company coming either last call this afternoon or first call in the morning. I'm so tired I feel drunk.

I'm definitely filing a complaint with the BBB. I'll probably also hit Nextdoor and Twitter. This is a huge company with very positive ratings. It's unreal.

if a business has ridiculously poor customer service like that i would 100% put them on blast on every outlet possible. if they act like they don't want my business, then i'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

My threat just got a response from someone in their customer relations department. It was vaguely apologetic, and this was my response. Waiting for her to respond.

Thanks for reaching out to me today. I'm sorry to have missed your call but I never got a call on my cell phone, my office phone or my wife's cell phone. I'm happy to hear that you reviewed my phone calls from today, you should feel free to also review my phone calls from last Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and twice on Monday. I also left a voice message for HVAC Service Manager Anthony Lucero and sent him an email. The common thread from all of these communications is that not a single person other than the receptionist was willing to speak to me, call me back or return an email. I not only wanted to discuss with a service manager the options for my repair, I wanted to discuss the repair that I paid for that yielded no results, the "temporary fix" that was performed that also yielded no results and the no show and no call from your technician last Tuesday which I took a half day from work to be able to accommodate. I also wanted to clarify what we should expect from the two repairs that were made. We were left thinking that both times the system was up and running and the air was blowing at 65 degrees. Neither time did the temperature lower a single degree after the technician left. While I appreciate that you finally did reach out because someone at your office submitted an escalation report after I made a threat to contact the Better Business Bureau, I don't think that is what it should take to get a customer service response.
The purpose of this communication is to put FH Furr on notice that I am cancelling all services with FH Furr immediately. I have no confidence that this relationship is salvageable or that should I encounter any issues with the repair that they will be dealt with in a timely manner. The email to Anthony documents my good faith efforts to solve this issue through multiple channels. My family has dealt with inside temperatures ranging from 80-89 degrees for the last nine days. This has resulted in financial implications for me, personal time off and a significant lack of comfort and added stress. I have contacted another company that I am hopeful will be more attentive to the customer experience than what I have experienced with FH Furr.
