My friend that goes every year calls it jazz fest on a boat. It does lean to a jazz/New Orleans vibe

I've been mostly underwhelmed by it on the whole. That's how it is with Galactic tho, they are always trying different iterations of the band so respect for that. I'm just ready to move on

Last I knew they were pretty much exclusively a N.E. band, and not sure what they're currently sounding like since other than the bass player the lineup is always changing, but Club D'Elf is worth catching if you haven't seen them and you're into non-traditional jazz.

Houseman was the best vocalist for Galactic but he's no longer an option. Not sure I've seen them with Jelly.
