We should finally get our first killing freeze tonight. I'm bringing in as many pots as I can fit into the root cellar. I dropped power down there. It's gonna get nutty.

Thankfully the snow that was predicted for Thursday has changed to gross rain. Not a great consolation. Should have some decent weather days in tennesse next week.

When I was moving stuff around down there last night I came across the stash of beers that is aging. Lots of Bigfoots going back several years. Some bourbon county stouts and a handful of other heavies.

Driving job has me doing 300-500 miles a shift. Mostly highway with some long country roads mixed in. Snow season should be a good time.

we got a cold front coming here! highs in the low 70s! We are coming out your way with wife and kids early>mid February. 12th-20th something like that. Will have my grandmas place all to ourselves, right on the water and a pool. You and fam will be welcome when we are out there. |

Today is the day. In the latest date yet, November 21st is the day I don pants for the first time. This wouldn't have been possible without global warming. 👊 I'd also like to recognize deregulation, the Republicans, India, China and a special thanks to the fossil fuel industry. A week from today berg turns 8. Kind of surreal to even type.
whoa-oh what I want to know, where does the time go?
this is the 2nd time in her life her birthday falls on Thanksgiving. Also the Bears are playing, also they're probably going to get spanked.
We are celebrating Bergs birthday with some of her school friends on Sunday. My grandma has a little party room with an indoor pool in her complex and we rented it out for 2 hours. It's nothing major this year but she will love it since all her school friends will be there.
I love Thanksgiving, favorite holiday!
