No more Woj bombs. He's leaving ESPN to go work for St. Bonaventure's basketball program. Please find someone quick so we don't have to decipher Sham's tweets.

I don't think he remembers St.Bonaventures Basket ball history very well with the quote....
"In these changing times of college sports, I'm eager to join a championship program that combines high-level basketball, national television exposure, pro preparation and NIL opportunities with an intimate, supportive educational environment"

D. Rose just announced his Retirment. So many great memories plagued by injury and shitty Bulls front office. I never went to more Bulls games than I did in the Rose/Butler era and I never had so much fun rooting for the Bulls. Was a great time to be in your early 20's in Chicago. Lucky enough to have seen games where Rose scored the game winner. Also went to the playoff series against the Cavs the year before Lebron went to the Heat. I believe I was at the only game that the Bulls beat the Cavs and Rose put up 30. Never forget the 08/09 Series against the Celtics that went to 7 and just about every game went to OT. It was Rose's first ever playoff series. Great memories!

D. Rose got a nice sendoff from the Knicks social media too. My buddy who works for the Knicks told me he only heard glowing things about DRose.

Lol I'm so down on Jerry Reinsdorf and his god-awful ownership that I just have no interest in this upcoming Bulls season. The Rookie they drafted sounds like he has a ton of upside and 'potential' but I have no confidence he will reach that potential in a Bulls uniform the way things have gone. I just refuse to give Jerry another cent until he sells the teams or there significant changes but it seems like the way things are trending...it'll be more of the same.

Listen to Bulls fans complaining. You don't know the suck until you root for a team like the Wizards. Sorry they have only won 6 titles in your lifetime.

It's not so much that I am complaining about the Bulls (Or White Sox) it's more me complaining about their terrible owner. There are multiple articles released in the last few weeks about how poorly he has handled these teams since taking over. When Reinsdorf bought the Bulls, MJ was already on the team. It's not that I don't want to support them because of the product on the court, it's because of how the owner chooses to handle the product on the court. He has ran 2 of my favorite, childhood, sports franchises into the ground, which makes it almost impossible to want to support them, because it would mean i'm supporting him and I don't want to give that POS another one of my dimes.

A's owner at least put the franchise in a better position to win, they have had a lot more success than the white sox have had. But also dude is an asshat for moving the team and doing it like he is.

I'd much rather have Reinsdorf than an owner like the Pirates or A's. There can't be anything more soul-crushing as a fan to finally get some talent only to know that in a few years they will be traded away. Think the Pirates might look pretty good with Gerrit Cole, Starling Marte, Jameson Taillon, Josh bell, Joe Musgrove, etc... Incompetency (like hiring a 90 year old Tony LaRussa) sucks but cheapness is worse.

I agree cheapness is terrible. Do you know the White Sox have never given a pitcher over 100 million contract? Do you know that Andrew Benintendi is the most money we've ever given a player for a single contract and I believe his deal was for 125 million. Cheapness and an unwillingness to spend in free agency sure does suck. I think a lot of people are blind to, truly, how bad of an owner Jerry Reinsdorf has been and how he is only getting worse.

I'm sure Reinsdorf sucks in ways I can't appreciate but the Pirates payroll this year is 50 million less than the team that is about to set the all-time record for losses. The Pirates have never had a 100-million-dollar payroll, much less a player with 100-million-dollar contract.

Ke'Bryan Hayes signed an extension worth $70 million over 8 years in 2022. This is the biggest deal the Pirates have ever finalized
