I certainly feel like the end of my 'younger years' are gone. I enjoy where I am at in life and age wise and as a father and husband, but off course I see that I have lots of room to grow.

I'll say what was that shit we used to say we would never listen too. Something that keeps us from getting too excited. Doubt I make it to 104. And I'll still prefer my music doesn't suck. |

Back in September we went to lowes and bought a cabinet for the bathroom. It was in a long skinny box and weighed 110lbs. Once dude and I had it up on the rear of the jeep, I expected him and lady to go one way and I pushed that way while they went the other way. My elbow went a little in the wrong direction. It hasn't been right since, but has slowly been getting better. Today I lifted that hand up to my collar and that elbow popped really loudly. It immediately felt different, better. I need to get in shape...
