It could just be that since wookiefoot is the best band in the whole wide world the calendar agreed and populated it
(the opinions expressed by the poster represent only the universe the poster illuminates and the power of the words hold no sway in other universes less of course they do, wholly beyond the control of the poster)

That's cool they usually just hit the same pots in the midwest. Can't wait to check out the new cd. Damn it's been way too long since I've seen them. 2011 I think

I've never heard one song from Wookiefoot, but since they are your all time favorite band I will take a listen. I think I'll start with their new album "You're It" if that is appropriate for beginners. What is their best record? Or is it all about the live experience?

i have not heard all the songs off of Your it yet. checked out a few live and really loved them.
my fav is probably domesticated. their early albums kind of tell a story so i would suggest listening by album release date but not necessary at all. the ablums are stand alone.. the band has evolved for sure.
the live show will suck you in for sure. they put lots of effort into the performance. so much going on but in the end its the lyrical content that attracts me..
they use lots of Zen, philosophy parables and such. what they sing about is what i think about lots and they live it as well as sing it.. lots of charity work
