I just looked and casino is 1995 while godfather 1972
I didn't know that I kind if lumped them together.
Blow was 2001 I think of that as a more modern movie.
So I was only half right. 72 is old. That's a 50 year old movie

I also watched Monster(2003) last night. Charlize is fucking phenomenal in that movie, one of the best performances I've ever seen. The rest of the movie is sort of average but that story is incredible and so fucking bleak. Real Florida shit (derogatory).

Just finished Popeye, that was really odd. Good performances, some catchy songs and great sets but too much nonsense going on & some really weak songs.

Love Robin Williams….always hated that movie. That was a HBO mainstay way back when as a lad.
I watched Monkey Man last night. Pretty cool movie.

I also watched A Mighty Wind earlier, really solid movie. Fred Willard was so fucking funny, nails every scene. Christopher Guest and Catherine O'Hara are both sneaky great in it.

Very good stuff. They're starting to appreciate horror flicks. It's cool.

I watched the new Mortal Kombat. It was a movie... For real though it did actually start pretty good. They went over the back story of all the characters and there was some drama but the second half of the movie was just fighting and then that was it. There was no after story no epilogue. It just ended. So you never actually beat the game? It ends just like the movie you described. Lots of credits. |

That's a 50 year old movie Look I ain’t saying to fuck off the last day of the Olympics and you and your wife have a sit down with the Corleones but if you have never seen Goodfellas (1990) then you better find your finest Italian takeout joint and go on the most glorious gangster adventure for 146 minutes. It really is the finest film ever captured in gangsterdom and until you and your lady see Goodfellas you better watch your back. Casino is next and then we can talk about The Godfather films. Until then keep your yap shut about not seeing them. It ain’t a good look. |

Atleast you seent Blow and that’s a pretty awesome film. I cried at the end of that movie when I seent it in the theatres with this chick I worked with at blockbuster. That chick lost my Zaireeka cd(s).
