I saw them do all their predictions once and then finally at the end they drew a giant question mark over the whole area.

I am just hoping it heads father north, we have had enough hurricane weather in my lifetime in South Carolina. Really do not want a rainy Clemson/Notre Dame game.

It rained a lot yesterday, and its raining a lot today, and the heavy rain is supposed to show up tomorrow after everything has already been fully saturated and streams and rivers already at their peak from two days of rain.
I might be able to go swimming in my yard.

I'm not too worried, filled up my propane, checked the heater, bought some water, soup and batteries so I'm fairly prepared. The ignition stopped working on stupid coleman bottle top stove though but whatever I can just use a match.
Only thing that sucks is I built a new rack for my wood pile but I didn't have a chance to get a new tarp to cover it before leaving for Seattle and it rained over the weekend so my all my wood is pretty wet now.

That's the thing about hurricanes. You have DAYS of notice. I'm not saying they're not scary or dangerous but it's not like a tornado or an earthquake where BAM! You're fucked!
On that note, stay safe everyone! Throw a good hurricane party!

I think the deer are waterproof. -They don't come out to play when the weather is bad. Not to mention it sucks to sit in a tree stand when it's windy and raining.

That other system (already in the southeast) on the picture dewme posted is actually what I am concerned about. Get out of here stagnant clouds that are not moving!

I'm glad I don't live in Charleston anymore. Well, just for right now.
