I'm confused as to how you have no legal action if you have knowledge of this. I mean I get it's maybe not cost effective, but if you have the evidence it should be a pretty easy case to build against him right?
The only issue I'm aware of is maybe bank records, if they still have them or not from 7 years ago. Because if the records still exist and they prove that he's a trustee of some sort, then really he had the right to those funds or maybe vise versa and he didn't.

I'd take five minutes to post the story to Reddit to manipulate thousands of people into giving his business shitty reviews on every social media platform available and whatnot and call it good.

He was the Trustee of the Estate. Its a combination of things, first for the lawyer won't talk to me unless paid second I really had no understanding of what was really happening at the time and Third after my brother did this I made him, sign off as trustee and give me the control of the trust. In that document it said I absolve him of any liabilities etc. the lawyer basically said that I could burn up $30K real fast in billable hours in a case like this. The only reason I posted this today was because a medical bill for my father came in the mail today, they can't do anything to me about it but it still grinds my gears... Just needed to vent and hear a few people take my side for once. |

This reminds me kindof about a thread I made about being betrayed, I was specifically referring to family members.
Sorry you have this kind of shit in your family, I've been robbed, fooled, cheated, and filched as well as other close members of my family by my father, I still wake up most mornings with a fresh evil idea but there's not much you can do to get money back.
It Drives wedges, if they're not already driven... not sure if ur bro has a drug problem or watev but i'm pretty sure when these scumbags Rip people 0ff, sometimes throughout their entire life, they don't lose sleep.
So you feel obligated to make them lose sleep, everyone has their unique way of punishment.
