What would you do if, you found out that your older brother stole $30,000 from your inheritance, 7 years after the fact?
I still got over $200K but still $30K is not small chunk of change, and there is no way that he could say he deserved it or anything like that. I've been told I can't do anything legally...
I would just kick his ass but he would have me arrested and it would not get my money back.

As a side note my Father gave him the Electrical Contracting business back in the 90's and taught him the Trade. The old man wanted me in the ARMY so he didn't teach me much.

If you can't do anything legally I would never talk to him again, and shit on the hood of his car a few times. We haven't spoken in 3 years, last year he came by to bring me some mail that went to his house I took the mail without saying a word and slammed the door in his face. Now I've found out about this shit and it has me hot. I want to do more that shit on his car... I haven't spoken to him since I went to the Gem Shows in Colorado a few years back and he gave me money to pick him up some Bubble hash but all I could get at the time was oil. When I got home he refuse the oil and demanded his money back it really screwed me since no one here had even heard of BHO yet, so I was stuck with 2 ounces($1000 worth) of BHO. so I gave him his money back and kicked him out of my house. Now I find out he outright stole money right out of my Trust, saying it was to pay some of my fathers final expenses whenin reality he just snagged $30 k and never paid those bills. |

If he took it out of your trust and can't account for it you can get a lawyer..

If he took it out of your trust and can't account for it you can get a lawyer.. Apparently the way he did it, there is nothing that can be done. I already spoke to the attorney that handled the Trusts. Plus its been 7 years... the lawyer said she would look into it for $250/hour... |
