I haven't ridden all week but I'm going to get up tomorrow and do my sat club ride and then start drinking again.

I got out in the trails just down the road, they are short but have a little bit of everything. Sprinkled on while riding the trails and rained on during the 2.5 mile ride home.

i do twenty miles a day everyday but dont really keep track of my stats, i know its ten out ten back.

Had an hour to kill over by the foothills, so got a quick ride in with lots of vertical. Road bike is light and fast but could use about 2-3 lower gears.

Awesome ride today. My legs were complaining but it was really fun. One guy crashed but he was OK.

Lil dude got to ride to his best pals house other day
Main road n all (couple miles away)
Hermosita was freakin out..bless her lol
He called when he got there and before he took off
He loved it
gues they hit some trails and even rode through a creek lol

He also does have a cut through off of main road short into the ride

I rode the dragon trail this morning. 38 miles of well groomed flowing single track and 6 or 7 miles of hot pavement. Took us 5.5 hours with approximately 5 hours of riding. Trail still has around 10 miles under construction. Good excuse to go back and ride it in the opposite direction. A good portion of the trail rides like a well designed pump track that twists and turns through the woods. Lots of decent sized hills to climb. Going to sleep good tonight and work in the morning.

45.5 on the road bike this morning, 1,300+ climbing, mostly in the middle of the ride.
Longest ride in a long time, I’m going to be dead the rest of the day but need to clean the house for a meet & greet thing we are hosting later.
Legs are so sore.

Had a nice ride to the farm brewery today. I was tired and keeping up was painful. I think my fitness might be slipping a little. Too much painting not enough pedaling.

Had a nice ride with a couple other guys tonight. We did a different route than the usual wed night ride. It was shorter and had more climbing but also a little bit more scenic. Got us a little further from town.

Did 18 miles with my friend prior to our weekly bike club social hour at the brewery. It was fun but damn it was hot.

I struggled to keep up with the boys today. Managed a decent pace overall but I got dropped at the end. Still fun.

Oh and I got stung by a yellowjacket on the way in and it still hurts. I fucking hate those things.
