My neighbor is moving and gave me a dozen succulents. The soil doesn't seem to be that great here so some things are slow but im supplementing the best I can. I moved my mint to the vacant lot because it was getting too big and put the peppers in its place but they are still tiny. Basil is still weak but the parsley is good.

This was one of the bonus packs from baker's creek. I wouldn't compare it to spinach. Raw it reminds me of apple skin flavor wise. It's crisp and green. I like it. It cooks well too. We made a zuppa. BZE. I just planted one short row in a raised bed. I might squeeze another short row in this last space in the garden.

I got a slow start on this one, but it will be okay.
The hot wire seemed to be repelling varmints, but something managed to get in and munch on some black-eyed susans today. Fucking groundhogs.

Same. My beds have chicken wire. I did have a few tiny chucks figure out how to squeeze through this spring for the first time. Other than that it's worked for years. The deer can lean in, but mostly leave it alone too. So far the deer haven't jumped the electric fence.

Our tomatoes are insane. the plants are huge and have already been producing. We are going to have hundreds of tomatoes it looks like. LFG!

if they are big enough, you can harvest early and window ripen the rest of the way. Shouldn't impact overall flavor too much
