When I woke up today, I was almost immediately met with the energetic suggestion that I be still for a while and get tuned up.
It was really nice, lots of heart centered flow and smiles, and all around very pleasant.
The energy is very strong today.
Then I saw what's going on in our national news.
Seems like I am being used as a conduit to help counterbalance more of the collective bile that is spewing out. This is a service I would love to welcome in more of.
I will try my best not to get sucked into the chaos, although my intuition tells me just sharing these observations may invite some of it in.
But I still choose to share, cause it was so nice.
Maybe take a little extra time to be still for a while today if you can, there seems to be extra help available to anyone who would like to access it.
The key is stillness.

ive been doing lots of mantras lately fractalenlightenment.com/37167/spirituality/4-powerful-mantras-for-peace-happiness-guidanceom mani padme hum----The purifying and often debated mantra of Tibet: Om Mani Padme Hum is one of the most recognizable mantras in the world and appears in much religious Buddhist imagery, as well as the average chanting session for any beginner in their introduction to the world of meditation satnam In very simple terms, Sat means Truth and Nam means Name. www.spiritvoyage.com/blog/index.php/sat-nam-the-kundalini-mantra-of-awareness/shanti = peace ong namo dev namo guru --- I bow to the All-That-Is. I bow to the Divine Wisdom within myself im definitely in a dark night of the soul in the ascension process. its clear to me now that outside forces really want to keep humanity locked in the material world and will fuck with you when you declare your intent to ascend ascensionglossary.com/index.php/Dark_Night_of_the_Soul i will continue ot fight the fight.. i have the power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! fuck you Archons or whatever you call yourselves be you internal constructs or outside parasites

Good on you Lork...
I have moved away from long sits..I do 30 min in the morning/30 min at night...since that one experience where I tranced out and went out of body for a little bit, I changed it up bc I didn't want to be 'chasing' a certain state of being....when it happens, it happens...I leave it at that. I also find that I am unconcerned about all the stuff about ascension, etc...and have put all my focus on only 'Now'...For me it's the best way to be in touch with the All-That-Is and accept things as they are-no matter what it happens to be.
You should read up on Jung and the Shadow in relation to the Dark Night....and the collective unconscious...fascinating for sure.

for sure.. i peruse Jung often.. stuff hits my FB page and i will always click on that.
i have some JUng on my kindle. may be the time to really explore Jung Further
agreed on the now.. love me some Echart tolle. i really dont have a powerful focus on anything.. i like to bounce around doing what seems to be what the moment needs.
ive been reading on Ascension more to reprogram my mind, to enter concepts that i identify with and internalize them. gives you something to fall back on when the shadow makes itself known.
fully agree.. it dont really matter what happens, its about how you respond, define ect
as mentioned before i had the nasty encounter with some entities in hyperspace and i needed to firm up my belief structure to remove doubt, ect, fixing cracks in the armor i suppose. when in doubt the mind seems to drift towards fear so im trying to eliminate that so my response to the shadow is love and joy with a firm foundation in my belief in the construct of reality to supercharge my response to the shadow event.

Any meditation is a tool to get to the inner You-the Self-and sometimes, depending on your purpose, work deeply there. My question to you about letting go was meant mostly for the experience you had w/the negative energy...As far as that goes, it is over. That is the past, and at the end of the day you must accept that experience for what it showed you. I would just say don't carry it with you though, as anything you need to do 'something' about. Releasing the chaotic experience from your internal dialogue is what the meditation will help you do...by all means...use it...and anything else useful to your subjective experience... I really liked their section on Self-Actualization ...esp. this...and another one about Higher Self...that is, our true Self... with all potentialities met. Here’s the thing: life is fleeting, a flash in the pan, a finite flicker in an infinite cosmos. We all know this to be true to some degree or another. Being Love is being so in love with life’s fleeting, so in tune with life’s impermanence, that you’re compelled to live each moment to the fullest. And discovering what you are passionate about in life, and then filling each moment with that passion, is the epitome of living each moment to the fullest. Being Love is being one with what you love to do. This leads to a creative overflowing, which can lead to apotheosis.

Read more at: fractalenlightenment.com/38807/life/creative-love-passion-dynamic-power im pretty much back into my space of non judgement.. not good or bad, just is unless i choose to make it something which requires energy and why waste energy labeling, defining either positive or negative that dont help in the current now.. im just a ship floating down the path of life,, im sure there will be more storms but im more than confident i can weather them and learn more and more about myself and my reality interface and to really dig deeper into the blissful now and learn how to steer that ship into the waters i need to explore i think im moving onto the next level of self discipline.. notch up my diet even more.. even less toxins. more Tai-chi, meditation ect. use the fire of life to burn away any lingering doubts fears ect and truly remember what i am. apotheosis is the goal life is good!!!!

Despite all the shit, Life is good, yes. it is.. its my primary battle currently.. self discipline.. i lead a pretty healthy life to begin with but its about who is defining who you are.. your wants and needs and those voices that say Do me, eat me, buy me ect. or the voice that speaks for the vision you want to be. i like to say, why make rules if you cant break them... making exceptions is becoming less exciting to me, though i sure do still enjoy say cinnamon bread from thte Great Harvest bread company toxic as it may be

Why is your mantra in a language you don't speak? its not about language,, its about vibrations. i have other mantras i use as well... i like to say i am light,. i am love as i drift away to sleep. perhaps this may help you to understand We’ve all heard about this word called “OM”. But, what is it? What does it mean? Can it be translated into English? Not exactly. If you chant it does it somehow change you or your religion? Absolutely not. Let's dispel some of the mysteries and misunderstandings about Om / Aum so we better understand its meaning. Om is an ancient Sanskrit “word” that was first felt by rishis as they meditated. It was more about the essence of Om than the chanting of it. Eventually as the experience was shared the word came forth and people started chanting it to get the experience of it. So, you ask, what is the experience of Om? It is somewhat difficult to describe with words but Om represents everything. It is said to be the seed of all of creation. Just like an acorn seed has the immense power and beauty of a mighty oak tree. This seemingly small word contains all the power of the universe. It is the beginning, middle and the end of it all or the past, present and future. Chanting Om brings into your awareness the physical reality of this world and your body, the subtle impressions of the mind and emotions and the thoughts and beliefs of your life and this world. As the Mandukya Upanishad tells us the perfect state or super conscious state and all that precedes it are a part of Om. The sound can also be displayed in its more complete form of Aum. When written this way it appears as if the sound has three parts. In actuality it has four. The A (aahhh) sound represents the creation aspect of the universe and all of the gross objects within it. Ahh is the beginning of all sounds. This is the most common letter that starts alphabets. It connects us to our sense of self, the ego. With this syllable you experience the existence of the world through the activity of the senses. When you chant this sound notice that it is produced in the throat and back of the mouth where the tongue is rooted and resonates in the lower abdomen. The first sound embodies “Sat”, the sound that starts to bring you back to unity, to the truth of your existence. The U (oooh) sound signifies the maintaining energy of the universe and the subtle impressions of the mind. It connects us to an inner sense of something greater than that which we can see and feel with our senses. Oooh lets in lightness, clarity, balance and goodness. When you chant this letter the sound moves forward between the tongue and the palate up to the lips and vibrates in the solar plexus. The sound denotes “Chit”, an illumination of knowing, pure wisdom. The M (mmmm) sound characterizes the transformative energy of the universe and the thoughts and beliefs of your being. This sound unites you to the awareness of oneness. It allows you to slow down in order to feel the connectedness of all that is. The sound “mmmm” is produced by closing the lips and it vibrates the crown of the head. The sound symbolizes “Ananda”, to be at one with bliss everywhere with all things. The fourth sound is silence or anagata. It is the vibration which is beyond verbal pronunciation. It is pure consciousness of the Self or the Atman. The unity of Sat Chit Ananda (I exist, I know, I am blissful) is experienced her
