The Papadosio Acoustic set was expectedly pretty underwhelming, and I was pretty soaked from doing my thing at yonder, so I drove back to my hotel to take a shower and change outfits.
But, after I got outta the shower I laid down and then BAM!...Biggest heart space transmission I have received in quite some time. I've been lying down and soaking it in and letting it go disperse wherever it like for at least an hour.
My guides keep encouraging me to remember that the wellspring to this energy is limitless, but the gateway for it lies in the heart space. Whenever my mind kicks back in and wants to have a discussion about it, the pathway thins down back to what is normal.
The thing is when these new frequencies show up and fill me up, my reaction to them is almost always to become quite sleepy, because when I, and I assume most people, usually come in contact with this energy is during sleep time when we're more open to it.
So now I'm feeling all super duper sensitive and pretty sleepy.

Woke up at 6:30 this morning which is very uncommon for me.
Was pretty thirsty so I drank a liter of water, then laid back down.
Didn’t fall back asleep so I did the ole’ hands on heartspace relaxed deep breathing.
Noticed my navel down to my feet was feeling pretty disharmonious so I asked the earth to help me ground and she helped out right away.
Since there was lots of help clearly availabile I kept my grounding cord nice and tight asked for some above crown help got nice and taut there too.
Thing a bigggggg ole light transmission came threw unlike any since this post.
I stayed in that expanded openness for as long as I was able. Then eventually feel asleep back around 8:30.
Feeling a great amount of head clarity today.

When I wake up at 330 and dont need to be awake for a couple hours I jerk off to get back to sleep too...

Thing about when these ‘transmissions’ happen is after they’re done and the new higher resonance energies get integrated and anchored my whole spectrum of personal potential frequencies gets shifted up a little bit which means the lowest vibratory frequencies that I have had in my spectrum no longer have a foundation so they get sort of pushed to the forefront for release.
So the past few hours have been a little anxiety filled and uncomfortable.
But, I am grateful to have that understanding of how this process of welcoming in the new and releasing the old goes.
Gentleness is key on both ends.
To fathom hell or soar angelic, just take a pinch of psychedelic.
Uhmm..hmmm ::nodding:: Have had some very big shifts before...a few have floored me to where I didn't want to move for a very long time...so peaceful...could just float...and float on those waves...
IN the moment...such a centered feeling too. Got to love those.

those are some superior moments.. not wants, no desires, no thought, just totally in a blissful moment of being. i love it when the contentment is so strong that a want tries to assert itself and fades just as quickly as your core being is like, fuck that.. im here.. im now.. i dont need that.
eventually the bubble pops and even then i lay or sit there for a while in the after glow of the glow
we may not have it all together but together we can have it all!!!!!

Have you seen Baraka & Samsara before?
That is where that footage came from.
Each are their own separate form of meditation.
In the right mindset they are completely entrancing.
They're both documentaries made by the same director.
There is no narration, no theme outside of human life around the planet.
Baraka came first sometime in the 1990s, then the director did the same type of movie again about five years ago with the highest quality cameras he could get ahold of.
