never really took for me, didnt give a huge chance, seen em a bit here and there and wasnt inclined to pay any more attention. Hopefully some other band steps up

I never really got into them, my friend was their drummer for a bit but I don't know, they just never grabbed me, I felt like their keyboard player, while good, always ventured into carnival music territory much too often.

I felt that way too and then two years in a row at werk out they were on the big stage, and I realized derpod was the real deal...

The one time I saw them live their sound was too fucked up to really feel what they were all about. deadphishbiscuits was at that show with me I believe. Only time I saw UV Hippo too and they ripped. |

I take it as, "OK, when we started out these guys were my best friends, but after ____ years of constantly touring in a shitty GMC Safari I've realized that I could be ok never seeing these guys again.
