That one is REALLY weird.
He was fucking with dudes in his band. He recently got arrested for drunk driving.
I saw the Rock and Roll HOF induction had a trophy set out for him...
It seems like that would've been covered logistically beforehand

DMB is my moms favorite band so I keep informed, Im also a fan.
But yeah, the Boyd situation was handled very quickly from their side and they brought in the new keyboardist to play the violin parts. It sounds...different; a little bit like when Jerry was using MIDI pedals.

Drug and even weed dui is more common that you would expect. Usually you have to get caught red handed.
I know a method guy that crashed his car and got dui drugs. The tweaking was probably obvious
Another old roommate got pulled over smoking a blunt > dui
