Deadpool and Wolverine is fantastic. I give it πππππ. And I am not sure how I feel about the RDJ news, but I wish Majors could have just controlled his temper. My 12 yo is super pissed that we wouldn't let our oldest take him to the theatre to see it last night

I would be too, DAD! π€ͺ I think your 12 year old can handle it, but to each his own. There were some youngsters at my movie last night and Deadpool (without giving anything away) had a couple of scenes where I was thinking that just went over their heads hopefully or God help their parents if a kid knew what he was talking about. π

Kinda one that starts right when the credits roll, (youβll understand what I mean) and then one more you have to catch. Enjoy the movie.

Team Chad just got home from DP & W.
We all thought is was fantastic and most of the raunchy jokes they didn't really get.
Loved it.

Appreciated the Gambit stuff. It's crazy that a movie that meta could be so popular/well received.

I think because their back stories are kind of weak/a little confusing. Great couple though.
I saw spoilers for Deadpool & Wolverine in multiple major publications. It seems like spoilers basically nonexistent to the big publications once the review embargoes lift. Sorry for my spoiler, I tried to avoid them and caught a few before seeing it.

Should I let my twelve year old watch it? It's pretty violent but it's definitely less raunchy than the previous movies. You might want to see it yourself before you let the 12 year old watch it.

Every time I consider letting him watch any of the Deadpool movies I remember the scene where he gets pegged by his old lady and that's like the last thing I want to have to explain to a curious nearly adolescent

The run of comics that introduced Cassandra Nova is phenomenal and gets visually referenced in the movie. She's a really scary character.

Just good old cartoonish/superhero violence.
