I wonder what scale those frets are based on. It's got to be intense playing those higher notes, the frets look so tight together.

I been listening to a lot of Khruangbin lately. Really like their whole approach and sound. Had some live stuff on YouTube playing in the background and eventually this gear rundown popped up. After listening to it I like Mark Speer even more. Such minimalists. So many showy guitar players with spare picks running down their mic stand and he's been using the same one pick for years and plays the same strings for an entire tour.  |

I sold my Mesa Boogie Mark III earlier this year because I didnt really need it but then someone has a Mark IV for less than what i sold mine for... so now I have a Mark IV coming...

I'm in the process of selling gear I never use with thoughts of buying gear I will - but that's always the plan when looking at gear.

Oh, it's a spin off of my addictive personality for sure. I will find something rare, or a limited run, or whatever and the fomo takes over. It is crazy. I have a problem...
At least this stuff will typically maintain if not appreciate in value. That's what I keep telling myself anyway.
